Born in Rome, originally from Abruzzo and citizen of the kitchens of Europe, Alessandro Cocco owes his training at a young age to Maestro Omar Agostini, 3 Michelin stars, who introduced him to the Ducasse family where he was able to assimilate the concept that every dish has its own story and that it is the product, before the chef, that is the protagonist. After several years at Ducasse’s court in the starred restaurants Bistrot Benoit, Jules Verne, Hostellerie de L’Abbaye de La Celle, he returned to Italy under the guidance of Maestro Agostini as Executive Sous Chef at the starred Andana. From 2017 to 2019 he covers the role of Executive Chef Corporate at Tartufi & Friends in Milan, Frankfurt and London at Harrods. Upon returning from this experience, he leads the kitchen brigade at Antonello Colonna Resort earning a Michelin Star.
